At the heart of 3Z Personal Care & Wellness is a deep commitment to family, dignity, and compassionate care. K. Assumpta Kamanzi, MSW, brings both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role as Administrator.
With a Master's Degree in Social Work, Ms. Kamanzi has spent her career supporting children, families, and older adults through some of life's most sensitive and challenging seasons. Her background includes foster care and adoption support, crisis intervention, counseling services, and memory care for older adults.
Her approach to care is rooted in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the belief that every person deserves to feel safe, valued, and heard.
As a bilingual professional fluent in English and French, Ms. Kamanzi proudly serves diverse families and ensures clear, compassionate communication for all clients and their loved ones.
As Administrator, she leads 3Z Personal Care & Wellness with integrity and a family-first mindset. Her vision is simple: to provide dependable, high-quality personal assistance services that feel less like a service and more like an extension of the family.

After years of serving children, families, and seniors through social work, counseling, foster care, adoption services, and memory care, our Administrator, K. Assumpta Kamanzi, recognized a growing need: families wanted dependable, high-quality in-home care delivered with genuine kindness and cultural understanding.
